Most things we go through which create frustration are in the big scheme of things not that crucial.
However, we still go through unhappiness and anxiety.
How do we overcome this?
- Write down bothers you.
- Write down how important this issue will be five years from now, one year from now, next month?
- What is the worst that can happen with this issue?
- Can you live with the worst?
- Can you convert this issue into a 'giving' act - i.e. forgive someone, or treat your effort as a good deed ( if there are no material benefits)
The answers to these questions will put things in perspective for you.
